thanks very much for your time finding & entering my listing. does emailing sometimes mess up , asi know for sure i put paragraphs in my listing & now they've gone leaving the listing looking unprofessional.

No, the text is literally copied and pasted, so we cannot put paragraphs etc in. It's the way the software works I'm afraid.
