I have recently subscribed to support the directory but my status has not changed, it still says member instead of mdd supporter, can you change this please.

It does make them a supporter automatically, but adds the supporter permissions as secondary permissions (which doesn't add the user titles for some strange reason...although I'm sure it used to?). The permissions need tweaked so it adds the supporter permissions user group as primary instead of secondary, that should solve things.

*now my head hurts. :D
