Hi Guys, Sorry, I couldn't resist the title.

I am looking to move into the world of computer based music playback. I.e, a laptop/desktop, and a controller, D2 OR Cortex etc etc.

I have set my mind on the Denon HC4500 As the controller and am currently in the midst of building my very own rackmounted PC.

I really would, however, like to play with one of these units before I commit to buy one. (Talking about the Denon) however, My local Disco Superstore sell every other unit but this one. I have tried the Numark and the Cortex, but really would like a bash or even just a real life guided tour of the Denon.

If there be anyone Yocal, to me here in Gloucestershire, who has this unit, I would really like to get together with you, and just get to see it in action.

I Dont mind travelling a little further than the county border, but bearing in mind the Village elders may start a witch hunt, If i'm not back in confinement by 12 midnight.

Thanks for reading, I hope someone may be able to help. Otherwise It means going up north to find a dj shop, but the missus will insist on visiting the in-laws while we're there, and thats not good!!

If you can wait 'till new year, then pop up and see me.

It would have to be then as I'm very busy work wise and moving house in 3 days.

Dan.. I have the HC4500, though my gear stays in storage during the week and there's not alot of room to setup anything round at mine, but I could bring it over your way sometime if you wanted?

I've got the HD-2500 and I'm only in Gloucester if you want to try it out. I don't know anyone local with the 4500.

Cheers
