I know this has been done to death(Sorry:o ),but i cant get my head round this DMX lark.I have 4 x skytech scanners which i want to link so they all run the same,i know one has to be a master and the rest slave from that one.But i dont know how to set the dip switchs ,so if any one can explain in SIMPLETON terms it would be much appriacted.:D

If its just daisy chain with one master running sound to light and the rest copying then its not strictly DMX as the address on the other 3 uints doesnt matter too much. As discomobiledj said, you really need to read the manual as that may have little features etc that are useful. i.e. on the Dynamos, the address of the slave scanners isnt to important, but dip switch 10 decides if the slave is inverted to the master.

Give me a few hours, got to go out, and ill have a look through the manual and get back to you. Im assuming you want to run them with the controller.
