I have norrowed down some choices which are below.

Three things.
1)Amps are fine. Others are available.
However
2) Running speakers of such different capacities is not good practice, as both cabs will ( if impedance is same in each ) get same power, thus possibly damaging the smaller ones. Other problems as well, but more later.
3) Tell us what you have, and we can give better answers.

As it stands, I'd say you'd be better with one amp per pair of cabs.
Ask away mate, advice will appear. Conflicting possibly, but advice nevertheless. :D

Agreed!

I would also suggest running 2 amps, the Dimesntion4 is over priced IMO.

(£360) You could go for these:

(£470) Another option would be 2x EP1500's, great amps:

right so let me get this right. so if i run my pair of 300w speakers of a 400w per channel amp and then connect my 100w speakers to my 300w speakers they will be both getting 200w each? ( both pairs are 8ohm)
apoligies if anyone thinks i'm being nieve or just stupid but i really dont have a clue and i dont want to wait to my speakers blow to find out if what im doing is wrong

Why do you use 100watt speakers may i ask? Id of thought you would be better ditching this and just buying one amp thus saving you money

Sell your 100W speakers and buy some more 300W speakers.

Yes.

Or quite probably, no!  If your amp is 400w at 4ohms, then that is 200w each. However, if your amp is 400w at 8ohms, then it will probably be giving aroung 600w per channel, so 300w each.

Sell your 100W speakers and buy some more 300W speakers.
One of many possible helpful suggestions.

Excellent price. :D Seriously, I'd sell both pairs of cabs, and buy something better to go with it.

The active crossover is an excellent piece of kit, and it splits the frequencies from the mixer BEFORE they get to the amp, thus allowing you to send only low frequencies to the subs, high to the tops, and if you're running in true three way middle to whatever is in the middle. That's a simplification, but basically accurate.

Thanks for the advise. my equilizer has a seperate sub output anyway and im not running a 3 way system so an 3 way cross over sounds a bit pointless to me.

why do you advise sell both pairs of cabs i could agree with you on the 100w rms pair i have but although the QLX arnt a top make they do pack a punch and are very good at transporting i would recommend them.
