Can yo recommend us a Mixer for disco & karaoke

Hi people,
For the centre I work at we need a new mixer which will be used for karaoke and disco. We are looking for a nice cheap mixer with at least 2 mic sockets with echo/reverb and we just use a laptop so no need for loads of channels.

Someone said they have a mixer that will be perfect so we spent most of our money on some mics, but I just picked it up and it has 1 mic socket an no echo/reverb

Can anyone recommend me one?

I use a Behringer VMX1000 as a back-up mixer and is very good.

I think I have one of those lying around or if not it is a different model of behringer.
