Windows Media Player - Stuck on Shuffle !!!

Windows Media Player seems to be stuck on track shuffle mode. When playing tracks from my external hdd, and I click the 'Skip' button to go forwards, instead of playing the next track in the 'Now Playing' list or playlist, it resorts to a randomly selected one a few hundred tracks down the list.

Stuck on Shuffle Mode !

I don't remember activating it, how do you turn it off?
