Ah nuts... sounds like the horn on one of my Mackies (srm450) has blown...
was very buzzy last night but the overall sound didn't seem too badly effected out on the floor.
Sod's law: that was the speaker I'd place slight behind me as a monitor too, so without a clear top end it made it difficult to stay in pitch in some of the songs... not fun! :-(
I'm presuming it's could be just fixed, or a part replaced, to get the thing sounding nice again....?
If so, does anyone know who/where the Mackie dealers/engineers are or are there different "dealerships" around the UK? (It's 5 years old now, so unsure if still under warranty.)
