i use the cheapest ring folders and sleeves as they get all sorts written and spilt on them and need replacing regularly-------- so the cheaper the better---also tesco do a great range of value pens--10 for 28p. cant go wrong :D :D :D

My Book isn't that big, so I use a pocket display books. In nice bright colours so I can spot one accross the pub. I will have go to bigger books or folders with loose pockets as my collection expands though!

Cheers

I've got two sets of books. One is a set of A4 ring binders with the punched pockets and the other is a set of high quality display folders with clear pockets.

When I last compiled the full list it created a PDF file with over 170 pages (I've been collecting karaoke since the beginning of time!) so the books are a cut-down version of this. The whole list is on my assistant DJ's laptop so punters can come and have a look at that.

At the end of the day, they only get damaged or stolen in the end so no point using anything too expensive.

Yes, I was been sarcastic. The wallets I bought were about £5 for 400 but they were such low quality some were sealed at both ends haha. but the ones that weren't do the job fine

Where do you folks find display folders with 100 pages. My book is 168 pages but I can't find any display folders with more than 80 pockets, so 100 would be great.

I tuck a glo-stick into the spine, makes locating them throughout and after the event much easier. :lightbulb:

I use some heavy duty ring folders with clear pocket inserts. 2 A4 sheets to every pocket with some karaoke slips and a couple of pens in each book. I have 2 red ones (A-Z Artists) and 2 blue ones (A-Z Titles) and one massive black one (ooer) that is MY Master copy. I always have the books nearby to where I am and I always say to people to leave the books there and not to take them away, this saves them getting nicked and ruined and I can always keep an eye on them.
