Coloured incandescent lamps

Sorry if I have missed it but does anyone know what the situation now is with coloured light bulbs. All the newspapers have been reporting that the 100w lamp has been outlawed and all pearl lamps of any wattage. Does this include things like 60w R80's and 25w round coloured lamps which I still use.
