URGENT lead help

Gentlemen:

I urgently need a lead with phono plugs on one end and jacks on the other end to go from mixer to amp.

I have been using a straight forward phono lead with jack plug adaptors but they are starting to play up so a straight forward phono to jack lead is what I need.

Any ideas where to get from guys??
