IDJ2 and Karaoke??

Hi, I think I may have a cunning plan!! I've noticed that there is some software allowing the IPOD to be used as a portable karaoke player, do you think it would be possible to use my ipod and IDJ2 utilising the svideo output on the idj so that I no longer need to carry around a seperate cdg player, mixer etc. Or am I hoping for too much?

Connor, because of your age, can I ask the question are you doing this for money or for experience? I've noticed that you said you're doing your dad's birthday and a christmas party.

The reason I ask is that digital karaoke can become quite expensive when you're in it for the money as you need to pay extra for Produb and you may then decide that karaoke is not for you.

Whilst ripping CD+Gs to hard drive is somewhat naughty under copyright law, Produb only covers professional/semi-professional activity which, at your age, might not be what you're doing.

Just a thought!
