Hi folks,

Later this month I'll be in Glasgow for a couple of days.

I'm flying up on the afternoon of Monday 22nd, but don't yet have anything planned for that evening, so if anyone in that neck of the woods wants to meet up for a drink, let me know & we'll sort something out.

Alternatively, if anyone wants to recommend any places for me to go, I'll be interested to hear your suggestions. I'll be staying in the G3 postcode area.

:)

Unsurprisingly, I'm not washing my hair that night. :D :D :D Neither am I near Glasgow either, so I shan't have to buy Rob a pint of heavy. :D :D

It's a shame you didn't post that you were coming to the IoW, Rob.

I'd've taken the night off....

... and jumped on the first plane to anywhere else :D

Looks like you'll be buying a plane ticket later this year, then...as I'm planning to use my air miles to pay for a weekend at a hotel in Bournemouth, and hope to take in the IOW while I'm there!

I am most definately washing my hair that night....I could name a few places to go which are very good. Although, in Glasgow you are spolied for choice as there are so many places to go...

A few pubs which are worth a visit are:
THe maltman-Renfield Street
The Iron Horse- West nile Street
The Horse Shoe Bar-Drury Street
Lloyds bar- west george street

thats just naming a few....there are so many places to go though. Enjoy!!!:D :D :beer1:

In other words, the honest answer is that I'm single through CHOICE.

As subtle as a brick through a window.....I am afraid to day I won't be around then but I hope you have a fab night.....

And I agree about the being single thing, I am also single by choice....being allowed to do what you want, when you want with no one to answer to...

Except your conscious maybe?

Except your conscious maybe?

I guess that depends on what you do!

;)

DJmissbehaving
03-03-2010, 12:08 PM
Except your conscious maybe?

That depends on what you do i suppose....but does it really matter??? If you are single you have as much right as anyone else to enjoy your life and have fun...

Except your conscious maybe? Why? Are you unconscious if there is someone to answer to? :p :p :D

(Did you mean conscience perchance? :p :p :p )

Maybe it was his subconscious

If you are single you have as much right as anyone else to enjoy your life and have fun...

If you are with a partner I'd say that is true as well.

I'm off for a kip now.....:D....so that you can slip into unconsciousness and let both your conscious and subconscious mind examine your conscience. :p

In my case it will probably only be one or two...as I have to get up early on Tuesday & have a very long day.

PM Me your mobile number Mark, then I'll contact you when I'm up there & if you're around we'll see if we can sort something out.

Sometimes it's good to spell it out just like it is, though...especially for some people with an X in their name!
