I have just downloaded the latest demo for VDJ , now on all my other software I have a "next" button , that fades the current track out and starts/fades the next track in , is there a way to do this on VDJ ?

Virtual DJ as you're probably aware has the playlist functionality, which can be set to 'auto mix' the tracks, different ways - whether it's a simple stop and start, or a smart fade.

This is Virtual DJs method of going about the procedure.

What do you refer to, when you say other software?

Theres a auto Dj which you have the option of how the tracks start and end etc its on the bottom right hand side were you add the tracks to the playlist, click on the Plus sign to get the options up.

hope this helps

Thanks guys .

Max.
The other software:

Ultramixer.
by pushing the red circled button you fade from one deck to the next , the crossfade curve and time is user defined
7919

Mush the same for RPM (revamped PCDJ reflex)
The next button ( if three decks are used) fades 1-2 ,2-3 , 3-1

7920

get your songs in the playlist, then just doubleclick the song when you want it to fade in and out, regardless of its position it will start in the next few seconds.

on the new vdj all you need to do to automix the next track is just double click it in the playlist, i find this quite usefull noe especially for the karaoke, as it free up 1 side.
