Im currently using a bcd3000 with my laptop - however the pots on the headphones and main ouput knobs need replacing. Ive tried cleaning and still not good enough.

So as im getting another amp i thought i might as well upgrade my midi controller.

So im looking at the following:

Hercules RMX
http://www.djkit.com/product.php?id=4547&cat=141

Numark
http://www.djkit.com/product.php?id=4554&cat=141

Hercules STD
http://www.djkit.com/product.php?id=5639&cat=141

or something no more than about £250 please.

I need to get from this site as this is the site im getting my amp from and its going on finance (but only £250 so i can pay off asap).

Or if anyone is selling 2ndhand but good condition but cant pay no more than about £130 cash.

Personally I'd stick well clear of any midi controller that you use as a mixer as well. I prefer a proper mixer and midi controller setup as it gives you much more flexibility.

I'd look at something more like the denon dnhc4500, but is more than your budget although used ones do pop up from time to time.

Other options are the Numark DM2 which is perfect for programs like virtual dj, although no longer made there are some bargains around.

If you really want to stick to midi controller with built in mixer, these are pretty good. http://www.decks.co.uk/products/american_audio/DP2_USB

Vestax VCI 100 with Traktor, with DJTT overlay.
There is no other way to go really after you experience this set up
