The cheapest place to buy a charger for my Dell Latitude D830 laptop was Amazon.A brand new original Dell adaptor for £16.99.....loads cheaper than Ebay

I paid £60 for one for my Dell Inspiron only to find the problem wasn't the power supply but the socket had actually come loose off the motherboard! Apparently, it's a common problem with laptops.

You live and learn! :(
