Just do as they said... :)

Maybe adding in some Blur, Suede, Primal Scream, and newer stuff like Keane, Killers, Franz Ferdinand?

There was a thread about good 'dancey' Indie music not so long ago...

I'm not usually a huge fan of "Mastermix" products but the "Anthems" box set (UNMIXED full versions) has 4 discs of Indie hits spanning from the early 90s to Kaisers etc etc.

I had a playlist of 120 odd mainly guitar based rock tunes on saturday ( Didn't get the list until Thursday by e-mail- so too late to discuss), but it was obvious after about 4 songs that these were the choices of the Bridegroom, who wasn't a dancer- and no-one else! So went back to basics, played usual suspects, and had a cracking night, loads of compliments from the punters, and the wedding singer I was working with.Ended up playing only 14 songs off the list- just goes to prove Petey knows best.
