It would be great to see a section where we can leave praise for when we have recieved great service or have been let down by people so we can share information. I am not talking about a mud slinging section, just somewhere where for example where we can state facts about say a purchase and great service recieved or if we have bought something that has been a nightmare.

If its from one of the forum advertisers I'll usually drop a message in their section.

If its from a fellow forum member I'll mention it in their for sale thread and if its from a shop thats not a advertiser when I'll mention it in the chat section.

I've seen it on another forum where they have a such section and it seems to cause more hassle than its worth IMO.
