Bitrate search ?

Does anyone know of any free software which can search for mp3 files by bitrate?,
I am tidying up the hard drive and intend replacing some of the lower bitrate files, it's easier if there is a search facility via software than doing it manually.

Um, yes, Windows Explorer :o

Just search for .mp3, and change the view in the search results pane to 'Details'. You'll probably have to right click the details bar to show bitrate though, as it's not shown by default.
