As a n00b when it comes to gobos...what should I be looking for, Metal?..glass?.. I'm just looking to get my company logo made into a gobo. What sort of price do custom gobos retail at (on average)?.

Assuming they are the same size as the Mac 250....

You will probrably need a glass gobo for a logo design. The first one costs around £90, then around £45 per copy.

As a further on..
For two gobos with two lines of writing such as 'AsTecDJs.co.uk' / '01300 345 357' it will cost 77 so not too bad..

They will create the artwork for you etc..
One thing annoyed me.. I did NOT give them my number.. so after email contact they decide to go to my website and phone me (it is my home number and my mum is there during day whereas im not etc.) and they have done this twice now even though i never gave them the number.. eg today they email me, i email them, they phone?!? what is that all about.

Anyhoo.. rant over.. they are helpfull etc. and apparently for a metal gobo it will take 4 days to arrive after order.
