anyone used one of these?

was thinking about getting one to enable a TFT flat screeen monitor to use with the Masterpiece 108

any opinions, guys n gals?

dont bother. unless you are exceptionally lucky, it might not work. we had to pay a metric ****load for a similar thing to allow one of our plasma screens to work with a sky box... went through close to £500 before we got it working

:confused: why should it not work Abyss?

the MP108 screen driver has a scart out, and the q-sync has a computer monitor socket on it.


do you know of a better way to achieve the same results?

in theory it should work, but in reality you might find that the frequency that the mp108 outputs doesnt agree with the q-sync.... thats the problem we had. what we ended up with in the end is a specialist box that cost christ knows how much.

by all means try it.. i spose they should accept it back if it doesnt work? ask them :)

And won't need an additional VGA cable.
