I used to own a pair of the older style UL-15's - awesome speakers!

A little harsh in the mid-range but nothing an EQ couldn't sort out.

They didn't go mega low in frequency terms, but they still packed a punch and definitely had enough bass for larger venues without the need for subs.

I found good bass on the psr15a. A good sounding speaker although a little art top end up close I felt. They are pretty heavy too at 30kg.

I used a set almost exclusively for 2 years and got no complaints

(I do know someone who is about to sell a pair of these as thy are giving up DJing. I bought mine after listening to his)
