On Friday I DJ at my college/university ball. Its a college dedicated to youth work. All went fine on the night but was rather worried as had never used the new PA system. I have just had my Shermann Cubs tidyed up and fixed up and 2 new Shermann subs built as well as new Yamaha p7000s amps. Due ti stuff arribing later to the Shermann factory I only got them on Thursday night. Luckily all worked well and sounded ace. Need to get a decent crossover, would like an XTA but a bit short on cash now. The students loved the sound and also I was amazed at how much a martin wizard extreme fills a room, (just bought two at a very cheap price). If all had gone worng I know several higer companies with martin audio and logic systems rigs ready to rock and roll. Lessons to be learned dont wait till the last minute and in case of late deliverys.
