I have been offered 4 Abstract Duo's on stands for £100, aparently 4 years old. I have been told that they are linkable but don't know if this is a good deal.
Can anyone tell me what sort of effect the beam is, are there gobos, colour wheels etc.
I have googled and don't seem to get anything.

Thanks

Are they possibly Acme Duets?

They're colour changers, but i'm not sure whether they have gobos or not, but i'm sure they're just a single beam effect.

To the best of my recollection, Abstract Duo's are single beam effects (i.e. no gobos) but you can link them. I can't remember if they are DMX-able.

Think they do have gobo wheels - but many people remove them to make them just colour changers. Best to check before purchase. Bought a couple a long time ago and they had the gobo wheel removed. They now just produce a small circle that changes colour. I meant small, because it is small. Much smaller than I hoped for...
