Right, I have finally got the last updates from Cortex for the HDC1000, 500, and 3000 uploaded to m dropbox account.

Unfortunately, a couple of the people who might have had the information you need have retired, so I think the chances of success are slim. I will do what I can, but I don't hold out much hope.
