You took cut the power to it whilst updating the firmware?!

This is not good... I fear you must take it to the nearest Denon repair centre. Contact Silvio on the Denon DJ forums (http://www.denondjforums.com), he'll point you in the right direction :)

go to denon dj forum, but i,m sure it will need resetting, as you have partially over written the old sys file.

Why don't you just bite the bullet & resign yourself to the fact that the one you have is no longer functioning & purchase a new one?

By the way Google can come in very handy

sorry perhaps I didn't make my post clear

SST (Sound Systems Technology) in West Drayton are the D&M Pro approved repair workshop for the UK

Back in the old days when Denon was Hayden Labs, you could turn up (by appointment) at Chiltern Hill, Chalfont and get virtually while you wait service.

But since the Marantz merger, support is now outsourced. Having said that, SST are very helpful in my opinion, you may have to wait a little longer if parts are required, as these come from D&M Pro

Hope this helps

That's a bit un-sympathetic!

These players retail at £700 a piece, so a sert of decks would cost £1400!
