Hi all,

Just a quick question, I have some bookings coming up at a venue that has its own sound system in, and in the past I've just plugged my amp/mixer straight into the speakers. However, the venue has now changed its setup, and its only possible to feed a 'line in' into their amp.
My mixer/amp is a Dynacord MP7 (which is powered) and has a 'record out'. As I don't need my speakers too, would it cause any damage to my unit to run it as a mixer only, with just the "record out" in use and no speakers attached at all?
Any advice greatly appreciated,

Cheers in advance

Shouldn't cause a problem.

Rather than use the record output, is there an Aux out or something similar? If you can use that then you'll have a volume control for it which you don't usually have with a record out.
