NE DJ Network Mic Night Monday 7th August 2017

The North East DJ Network is a new(ish) network of DJs intent on improving the lot of mobile DJs throughout the North East of England. In this, the first in a series of hopefully many workshop nights, all aspects of using a microphone (both technical & practical) will be covered. Presentations & demonstrations will be made and a chance for everybody to bring along or just try different mics out. If you're in the market for a new mic but are undecided because you don't know what it'll be like this is a great chance to take one for a test drive. Our aim is also to have a live workshop session where everybody can present your mic skills (or lack of) & discuss ways to improve their technique.

There'll also be an open networking section - a chance to make & reaffirm acquaintances - and a bring & buy table to sell your unwanted gear.

The event is open to members & non-members alike, though non-members are obliged to pay a £3 entry fee.
