Mambo No5 an some Sean Paul stuff
I have a similar issue with a datamoon that goes off when I press the fog
Thanks for all your replies, the customer hasn't been able to find it herself, she's been listening to it on YouTube.
If I'm going to be buying it it'll be digitally so unfortunately won't be...
Hi all,
Been asked if I can source this for a first dance, now I've found it as a bonus track on one of his albums but that would mean me buying the whole album. Just wondering if anyone knows...
If it's only going to be used on certain nights I'd consider hiring, I don't thing £900 is going to get him a club system.
The idea behind it is to sit each couple in the middle of the Dancefloor sitting back to back so they can't see each others answers. They will both have a mans shoe or tie (something to represent...
Sorry not sure if this is in the right forum (please move if not)
I met with a Bride and Groom yesterday who's wedding is taking place on Saturday. They have asked me to play some games with the...
I have different scenes programmed for different parts of the night, eg white circles scanning slowly round the Dancefloor for the first dance.
Some do! The chamsys one requires the purchase of a wing to use sound to light and they're not cheap. I find if I just shut the programme the lights start in sound to light anyway.
One thing I should mention, the £10 one shuts down after 6 hours (which is fine for most functions anyway) but I usually reset it during the buffet to avoid any issues. The full version is £60 an...
Best thing to do is just download the software and have a play, am sure if you've got the manuals for the fixtures you should be able to create the profiles.
Some good tutorials here too:...
You can only use their software (but it's free).

I've used mydmx and it's very easy to use but limited in ways. I use the £10 chamsys dongle, there's a bit of a learning curve but it can do a lot more than the mydmx and a hell of a lot cheaper!
Chicane - Saltwater (When nobody else is around)
and pretty much anything when people are around.
The company that supply the scrims were using the image for advertising, looks badly photoshopped though.
Ha ha sorry this is all getting a bit complicated - let me start again:
I plan to put 2 wizards on 2 tripods (make not known).
I have got a ultimax deck stand but I don't use it very often.
So...
That makes sense, my ultimax must be 32mm, ill order some 35mm ones and try them.
Cheers
The ultimax ones I've got are off the top of the deck stand, are they 35mm? They look smaller.
Thanks I've looked too, can see some images but nothing up close to see how it's done.
I've actually got 2 of these but don't think they'll fit on my lighting stands, think my poles are fatter...

Should have said - I only want one wizard in each stand, like moving heads mounted upright.
I wouldn't have thought so, the main reason being is 9/10 active speakers use XLRs and from what I understand you can only put about 80w (or somewhere around that figure) through them.
Hi all,
I'm after some advice, I've decided to buy 2 Martin wizards but in trying to figure out how I can mount them on lighting stands without using the t-bar? I've had a good search but can't...
Have to agree with the 2 above posts, I have a residency and I'm a prefered Dj for another hotel.
Both of these have been gained by working at the hotels and getting good feedback.
I do tend to...
This is the type of effect I like:
