Please remember that just because something isn't LAW doesn't mean you can't be fined or prosecuted in court for it!

For example it is not LAW that you have to have your equipment PAT tested....

if it is a 7W laser, that is pretty huge.. i would be inclined to say that unless you are doing VERY big venues you wont be able to use it. Unless you know the laser energy and the scan speeds...
