    Don't give them your own 4G....that'll use a lot of bandwidth quickly. Travel routers (like the one I linked to earlier) can be used to take a WiFi that's available but then create their own hotspot...

    This suggest a Raspberry Pi 3, which (I think) needs more power than most TV USB slots supply...whereas a Raspberry Pi 2...
