The majority of lasers do the tunnels, waves, liquid skies etc etc. I'd strongly advise that you go for a laser that has ILDA compatibility because you can fully control your laser...

Does it use the CO2 pallets? Or something else? I'm pretty sure they use CO2 pellets.

The manufacturer for this machine is Aphex and I think the guy's on about the Aphex 204 which is certainly a very powerful piece of rack mountable kit ;)
I used to use the Aphex 204 in my recording...

Good shot there ;) I do strongly believe that making an effective and punchy start/end to a show is vital, it's a first impression's thing IMHO. I've yet to start my disco but I'd say something like...
