these are two Isolution IS4 HID's,, less than one month old,, used 3 or 4 times,

great lights but I've decided to use two Martin EFX700's and Ive just bought a pair of SCX800's

To be honest, I bought these as they were a good deal, worked out at £370 each. And I noticed the weight difference, and I assumed that Martin must simply added a step up...

What I think you need to do is offer services aswell, like uplighting, dancefloors, that kind of thing...

That one ive got is better really than a site transformer as its a torroidal, so smaller and lighter, its 2kva, so powerful enough

Its no big deal, ive already got some decent transformers,

And its not possible to convert these, because the main pcb is different,, and the mains voltages goes in and out...

I have got step down transformers,, just thought I'd ask about Series.

This may seem a crazy question,,

But anyone know if you can connect two 110v discharge lighting effects in Series, and then just connect to the mains ?

The lights in question are Martin...

The Osram HTI150 is a very good lamp, very bright...

From what i remember, the original spanish version didnt have that break in it towards the end,,the bit that always throws the dancers off course :)

the thing to remember with the DNS1200's, is that unless you have the latest update,,they are rubbish,,

once correctly updated, they're fine..

they've only recently (well in the last year) got...

Ive got a pair and they're OK..

But if you are buying new, dont forget to checkout the Pioneer CDJ 350
