I use VDJ and 1 laptop and 1 back up laptop (sits under my table) which are identical in software build.
Music is mirrored on both and when I set up (add) new folders/playlists on the main laptop...

I have found that some of the cheaper isolators are prone to hum interference if placed too close to say..a power lead :(
Among other FX I use 2 banks of 12 pinspots on stands,:muppet: the wiring is well hidden and the lights can be dimmed or full on sound to light....had many complements on them.:beer1:

If in a smaller venue I use my EV eliminator subs upright with my bose mods (added Celestion HF 50) on top of the 18 inch poles which all makes for a very small...

Being partially blind myself I would advise on just up lighting and static and NO moving lights for obvious wobbly reasons. :)
