    To settle a debate....which one in your eyes... is James Bond......

    I say Sean Connery.....superb....IMO.

    The majority will probably go for Connery. Brosnan was a pretty good Bond though, and Daniel Craig was great in his Bond movie too.

    Mr. Connery was the essence of sauve yet rugged and tough with an iron will.

    as opposed to Daniel craigs iron willy (if youve seen the film you know what i mean)

    Connery, definitely. All of them were good in their own right, but Connery (IMO) was, by far, the best.

    But he was the first actor to play him. Probably no point in adding him as I don't think anyone would've seen it unless they are hardcore Bond fans. None of the copies of his version of Casino Royal commercially available have the ending on them.

    Can I say here and now that the best Bond was Roger Moore.

    For me, his humour was better than Sean Connery's, which made his films more entertaining than Connery's.

    There is also a factual reason why Moore was better than Connery.

    James Bond was an English agent, and Roger Moore is an English actor.

    Unless I'm mistaken, Connery is Scottish...making his Bond much less believable & convincing.

    I rest my case.
