Note that I have no experience of either software, but for less than £15 it might be worth a look to anyone looking to design their own site. Bundled with the JukeBox thingy might be an added bonus for some here, although obviously (I'll say it before anyone else does) there would probably be copyright issues if you add music to your own site.

I use the free version of the site designer thing and don't think my sites look too bad.

Tried the web jukebox and found it gimmicky, clunky, and as Marc says, copyright issues abound.

IMHO the site designer alone is worth $29 of anybody's. It puts out clean bloat-free code unlike many other "packages" but does require a modicum of HTML understanding... for which there are many excellent tutorials on the web.
