Yes via music guard, never claimed before though - anyone got any experience with them....

and your going to tell me off now as you have mentioned to me before to get the seda contract and i did mean to do it, just never got around to it.

No I,m not gonna tell you (or anyone) off - but good business practice means you should work with a proper contract and the SEDA one is certified as being fair to the punter as well as the dj. As for never having claimed before - that is why you pay the premium. Do it!

    Default A great night!

Last night was really enjoyable quiz.

I had 6 teams, which was a few less than normal...although twice as many as I was expecting (due to the football).

A few of the regular teams gave me cards, which was nice.

Then, I was marking the first round when I heard people singing happy birthday, gradually getting louder as more of them joined in, so I looked up & saw a member of staff walking towards me with a cake, complete with candles! It was completely unexpected, but had been arranged by one of my regular teams. It was my first birthday cake for about 25 years!

I got the staff to cut it up, then left it on the table next to me & asked people to come & help themselves. It lasted about 20 minutes...probably due to the fact that it was chocolate and completely yummy!

A great way to end my birthday.
