Upgrade paid but nothing happened!
Hi,
I'm not sure what happened when I paid for an upgrade to my listing last week (11.03.08). Although the payment was taken and I received a receipt I did not receive any confirmaton that the instruction to upgrade my listing had been received.
I also intend to provide proof of my PLI and PAT certificates so that my listing can be moved up into this category. Do you need to see all of my PAT certificates and the PLI certificate or would a copy of my NADJ membership confirmation be sufficient? This letter, signed by the secretary, contains the details and expiry dates for both my PAT and PLI?
Could you please advise if everything has gone through to upgrade my listing and the PAT/PLI proof I need to provide.

Upgrades are normally done once a week, so please be patient. I will have a look tonight.
