    Default ********@***!!!!!!!!

Having put energy saving lightbulbs in every fixture in the house a few weeks ago, I was somewhat annoyed to find one of the two in the recessed kitchen lights had already gone by yesterday.

So up on the stool today to change it (*insert how many DJs does it take to change a lightbulb joke here*), only to find it wouldn't come out of the fitting.

I eventually managed to remove the bulb from the ceiling (after going into the loft to see if there was anything could be done from that end, only to find that my access to the fitting I wanted to get to barred by a load of joists) to find the actual lamp holder was broken.

I eventually managed to get both the lamp & holder back into place, only to have the other one drop out.

I am not a happy bunny. I've decided not to do anything else today & I'm about to have a beer.

No I'm not, I'm out of Guinness (unless you include the cat, in which case I have one. But I'm not deinking him)
