Don't get many Christenings, not that keen on working sunday afternoons anyway and in my experience they never want to pay much......
........if I'm gonna loose my only family day a week then I want to be well compensated for it!

Sunday work is rare around these parts, but if I do take a Sunday gig I'll take Friday or Saturday off in lieu.

I don't think they do and if they did, they just wouldn't post. How many gigs you do a week doesn't make any difference to anyone but yourself surely?

Funnily enough, I get more Sunday discos than Friday ones!
I've never been able to work out why, but I might do 5 Sunday gigs each year compared to maybe 2 or 3 on Fridays.
Weird!
