Can you throw a bit more light on this Damien, what is Sage software ?
If you're thinking of sage, that must mean you haven't bought it yet. In which case, I can lend you some of my expertise.
Take a look at Quickbooks.... your accountant will thank you.
I know both products intimately and can advise you on the benefits pitfalls of both.

Well it sounds like you've made your mind up already, so why ask?
We use sage, but we have a relative who is a book-keeper, so she does all that side of it for us.
She says it is very very good, but if your not familiar with accounts packages or book keeping, you will find it a pain in the
SJS
Excell is just as easy for doing basic accounts.
I use quickbooks and find it very easy to use.
When the world ends , ill probably have to clean up the mess.
I let the wife get on with it ! (I'm pretty good like that !!!)
I use Kash Flow, bought Sage and thought it was a huge waist of money unless you have hours to sit around learning how to use it.
Go to www.kashflow.com and try it free for two months, if you don’t like it I will eat my clown hat!
