    The vibration from a speaker may adversely effect the life of the lamp in your effect as well.
    When the world ends , ill probably have to clean up the mess.

    also movers on the floor are not a good idea either, they get kicked and young children just love to put their hands in them! They also make a rather expensive coat/handbag stand

    Moving heads are made to sit on the floor or speakers.

    If appropriate safety measures are taken and a bit of common sense is used, then you'll be fine.

    There are people out there who use spotbanks still with red hot lamps that kids can touch. Do you consider that safe?
