Which got me thinking, if I made a client only area, they could leave their music requests, and any other info I should know
My clients do this, but there is an easier way than having a client area which they have to log into.
They send me their requests & other info electronically using something which I believe is called an email!

Yes Rob, I see your point. But, the client AND their guests (as long as the client agrees) will be able to access the client area and so they will be able to add in their requests too. If they need to add more, they can just log in and do it.

Just keeps thing simple.
Unless you have a high volume of customers what does having a sign in give you above just normal email function or submit forms on the main site?

It lets you access an area that other people can't.
I was thinking it would be better for the guests more than the clients as they could put their requests in there as well, so it would give me a better Idea of what music to play because generally the requests I get, are what the client wants. - but they don't always get people dancing!
