You mention you use PayPal. Do you have concent from your parents to use PayPal because at your age, your classed as a minor. And PayPal, you have to be a minimum of 18 years of age.

Nice They are little lights but the light they give off is pretty good and they do hurt your eyes if you like directly into them which you mentioned on another thread somewhere.
