That's a very sweeping statement, there are plenty of DJs on here that use & are very happy with cheaper speakers.

I'd use my Class Ds over our Mackies any day.

No but you can't tell me that MDF is going to sound as sweet as Birch Ply which is selected as the material of choice for top end speaker manufacturers.
