Html Sitemap Text
Hi all,
I am learning bit by bit about SEO etc and want to build a sitemap as currently google only sees 1 of around 25 pages i have for my website:
www.sparklingdiscos.co.uk
as I have limited knowledge I am using a site builder and it will only accept HTML code (text).
does anyone know how I can get the HTML code text for my site to create a sitemap and then I can cut and paste into it?
thanks in advance.

Are you able to upload a .xml file to your site?
-
no, thats the pain.
i can only upload gifs or jpegs
the other option is metatags, but i dont know how to manipulate those as they are controlled by the sitebuilder too - ie i only enter the words not the script.

As far as I know you cant create a sitemap in html form, has too be .xml etc.
Ill have a look about, see what I can find for you tho fella.

Thanks.
being naive what do i actually do with that page? do i copy into a html script editor or just post as text?

You need to upload the file to the root of your site. You should have FTP access. Who is your host?

That's the problem. I can only upload images or enter html. Everything else is from other sites like the video is from facebook.

Does the crawler go much beyond your home page?
All my (cache) entries are for homepages except for one which picked up page2.
News to me.
I concentrate on maximum exposure to index.htm.

That's why I asked who your host was. Some will allow access to the root via FTP.
