    I'm not sure that's relevant - the OP's site seems to be a sitebuilder type site (using 123-Reg's "instantsite") and so they might not have FTP access. I may be wrong, but I'm pretty sure 123-Reg don't allow FTP on those packages.

    thats right - i do not have ftp access or the ability to upload anything apart from images and html script.
