    Default Strict Tempo

Strict Tempo is something that comes up from time to time on here.

If you are looking for help to cover a strict tempo set, then click here for a site that will give you all the help you need.

It gives suggested tracks for Cha Cha, Samba, Rumba, Jive, Paso Doble, Waltz, Quickstep, Foxtrot (Slow Fox), Tango, and Viennese Waltz (plus articles/information)... which will be more than enough for any of you!

It includes BPM, which will enable you to identify other tracks you may have in your collection that may be suitable, and it even gives clips of the songs too.

Angela...I'm just having a look through the site and it's very helpful. Some good suggestions (once I've typed them in & listened to them on Spotify)

    Cheers.

    You're welcome.

They also change on a regular basis, so it's worth jotting down the ones that you use / want to use and keeping an eye from time to time to 'spot' others that you may very well already have in your collection.

I`ve been requested to play some quick step songs for a disco next month.
(A venue just started using me as resident got me the booking today.)
Should I ask for clients email to get particular quick step songs that they dance too as I believe dancers can be quite particular as regard to tempo etc.
The only quick steps songs I have are from Mastermix cd`s.
Thank you for website link also.
