I remember when I first joined this site - It was quite daunting.

Maybe when we welcome new members - we pop our name on there too?

"Welcome Scott, I'm Charlie" - It's more personal then. I still don't know everyone's name on here, unless I have had dealings with them or their username gives it away.

Just a thought.

dunno about you but when I meet a group of people and everyone throws their names at me I dont remember a single one! just takes time
