    Angry cd people beware

    hi all,

if like me you spend a Fortune on cd's and always trying to get them cheaper you might have tried ebay alot as i do.
so just to let you know and make you aware of a sellar called LUVMANIA72 i recently ordered a copy of now 63 which it stated new and sealed £4.99 bargain right????
not quite its a copy which they have put in a cd size bag to 'seal'.
i know its just a fiver but i could have bought another original cd for that.

so just to let the good people at MDD to be aware cos' i dont want anyone getting into trouble if pc plod finds out!

Send it back, ask for your money back and then report them to Ebay.

    I would.

He didn't say in the listing that it was new and sealed? Unless he had another Now 63 auction. It's irrelevent anyway - you should assume it was not an illegal copy. Report him!

Backup/copies - means same thing. I know that eBay will terminate an active listing if you report it, not so sure what they do after sale. You can report copyright breaches here http://cgi1.ebay.co.uk/aw-cgi/eBayIS...rised%20Copies
